For an indian OEM i was working on a big EV-battery project in 2023. My responsibility covered the design of the cooling system, including the cooling plate with channelling and fluid connector, also the HV-routing for Cell-Modules including the bus bar design and calculation. Furthermore I supported the team with the design and stiffness calculation of the main frame of the battery assembly.
